Decision matrix

The easiest decisions to make are those that are right and popular, which we do and those that are wrong and unpopular, which we avoid. A slightly harder decision arises when something is wrong but popular. When one decides to proceed with a wrong but popular decision, they are stupid. To be courageous is to do what is right and unpopular. To be wise and steadfast.
